Physical Products and Print Sales

Physical prints and photographic products sold through our website are represented as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor calibration, screen resolution, and printing processes, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will precisely match the final printed product.

All physical items are shipped through Canada Post unless otherwise noted. Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss incurred during transit. We take care in packaging and fulfilling orders but are not liable for events that occur after the product leaves our hands.

All physical sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical photographs unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Order Information and Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases made through our website.
