Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Vancouver, British Columbia. At this time, we currently only ship within Canada.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon shipment.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on factors such as package weight, size, and destination. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Canada Post service times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, our ability to make changes is limited. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

All shipped items are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
